An Invitation

Are you ready to embody what you teach?

This is a 100 hour nervous system training for yoga practitioners, emerging teachers and space holders ready to deepen their understanding of the subtle body, nervous system and embodied leadership through yogic practices that support healthy activation and deep relaxation.

This training is understanding what a healthy regulated nervous system looks and feels like. It isn’t about becoming only steady and calm but also able to move from both experiences enough to hold space for yourself, for your students and for what arrives with clarity, compassion and discernment.

  • ✿ You want to soften without losing strength and remain grounded in the midst of intensity.
  • ✿ You are ready to teach from your own embodied experience.

Working with prana, nadis, and chakras.

The Approach

Where ancient wisdom meets modern nervous-system awareness.

Most continuing education teaches more poses, more cues, more sequences. This training does something different. It asks: who is teaching? And from what place inside yourself?

We work in two directions at once, yogic (prana, nadis, chakras, pranayama) and modern somatic (polyvagal, trauma-aware teaching, real-time regulation). By the end you will translate fluently between both.

The days are full but never rushed. Each block has its own quality and serves a different layer of the work. The training is two 50hr modules: Steady Activation for five days, a day of rest, then Deep Restoration for five days. Take one module or both together as the full 100hr.

A Day In The Training

The days are full but never rushed.

Each day is intentionally designed to balance practice, education, nervous system integration, self-inquiry, and embodied teaching experience.

  1. Meditation & Morning Presence
  2. Daily Sādhana, asana, breathwork, subtle body
  3. Breakfast (included)
  4. Exploration Sessions, lectures, philosophy, nervous system
  5. Lunch (included)
  6. Integration & Teaching Practice, sequencing, embodiment, practice teaching

FAQ

Do I need to have completed a 200hr YTT?

Not necessarily. This training is for anyone who wants to go deeper into their teaching, whether that’s teachers with a 200hr foundation, space holders, therapists or dedicated practitioners. If you are unsure whether your background is the right fit, please get in touch.

What type of certification will I receive?

Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a 100-hour certificate of completion. If you are already a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, these hours also qualify as YACEP continuing education credit and can be logged with Yoga Alliance directly. Full attendance is required to receive your certification, all classes, workshops, and training days are considered mandatory.

Is accommodation included?

Accommodation is not included so that you can choose what works for your budget and energy. Kimberley will send a list of trusted local recommendations, from villas to boutique hotels, once you reserve.

What about food and dietary needs?

Two nourishing meals (breakfast and lunch) are included on every training day. The cuisine is plant-forward and gluten-aware. Let Kimberley know about any allergies or specific needs on the registration form and you will be looked after.

Will I have free time?

Yes. While the training is immersive and thoughtfully structured, there is also space to rest, reflect, and enjoy your time in Bali. Sundays are kept free as a dedicated day for rest, integration, self-study, or exploring the island at your own pace.

What level of fitness do I need?

This is not a physically demanding training in the way some 200hrs are. The asana practices are intentional, considered, and accessible. Far more important is your willingness to be present, honest, and curious.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, a notebook, water bottle, layers for the cooler morning sessions, and any personal practice items that feel meaningful. A full packing list goes out 60 days before the training.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, for the full 100hr the standard plan is the $800 deposit now, with the $800 balance due 60 days before the training. If you need an alternative installment arrangement, get in touch and we can discuss. Single modules are paid in full when you book.

Can I take just one of the modules?

Yes. The training is two 50hr modules, Steady Activation and Deep Restoration, and each can be taken on its own for $850. Each module is paid in full when you book. Taking both together as the full 100hr is $1,600, with the option of an $800 deposit. The two modules are separated by a rest day.

What is the refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. This training is capped at 12 participants and your seat is held from the moment you pay your deposit. If something significant changes for you, please reach out.

Where exactly is the training held?

In Ubud, Bali. The exact venue and address will be shared with confirmed participants.

Will I need a visa for Bali?

Most students can enter Indonesia with a 30-day Visa on Arrival, available directly at the airport. If your stay will be longer than 30 days, you may need to extend your visa or apply for a different visa type before traveling. Requirements can vary by nationality, so always check the latest Indonesian immigration guidelines before your trip.

Will I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is a personal choice, but highly recommended for peace of mind during your travels, covering things like medical expenses, delays, lost luggage or cancellations.

What about medical care?

Bali has many reliable medical clinics, pharmacies, and international hospitals, particularly in areas such as Ubud, Canggu, and Denpasar. We still recommend traveling with any personal medications you regularly use and ensuring you are comfortable with your travel health coverage before arriving.

Passport validity reminder

Please make sure to carefully check your passport expiration date before traveling to Bali. Indonesian immigration authorities are strict about passport validity requirements, your passport must generally be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry, and should be in good condition, with no significant damage, missing pages, or tears.
