100HR TRAINING · 30 November – 11 December 2026 in Ubud, Bali | 12-Day Immersion
the regulated teacher
Subtle body, nervous system and embodied leadership through the lens of Integrated Vinyasa.
The Regulated Teacher is a 100-hour training for yoga practitioners, emerging teachers, and space holders ready to deepen their understanding of the subtle body, nervous system, and embodied leadership.
It is not about becoming the loudest teacher in the room. It is about becoming steady enough to hold space — for yourself, for your students, for what arrives — with clarity, compassion, and discernment.
Are you ready to take your Yoga Teaching to the Next Level?

Who this training is for
This training is for you if:
❋ You have completed a 200hr YTT and are ready to deepen — not duplicate — what you already know.
❋ You sense the limits of cueing alignment alone and want to learn how to read the room and the nervous system inside it.
❋ You are a space holder, therapist, or somatic practitioner curious about how yoga and regulation meet.
❋ You want to soften without losing strength, and remain grounded in the midst of intensity.
❋ You are ready to teach from your own embodied experience.
What you will learn
Over twelve days you will learn and understand about:
-

Nervous system
Through a yogic and embodied lens.
-

Subtle body
Working with prana, nadis, and chakras.
-

Recognize activation
Spot dysregulation and overwhelm in practice.
-

Trauma-aware classes
Build regulation-focused sequencing.
-

Intentional sequencing
Activation, restoration, integration.
-

Grounded leadership
Boundaries, containment, presence.
THE APPROACH
Where ancient wisdom meets modern nervous-system awareness.
Most continuing education teaches more poses, more cues, more sequences. This training does something different. It asks: who is teaching? And from what place inside yourself?
We work in two directions at once — yogic (prana, nadis, chakras, pranayama) and modern somatic (polyvagal, trauma-aware teaching, real-time regulation). By the end you will translate fluently between both.
The days are full but never rushed. Each block has its own quality and serves a different layer of the work.
Each day is intentionally designed to balance practice, education, nervous system integration, self-inquiry, and embodied teaching experience.
Five days · one Sunday rest · five days
Twelve days from welcome dinner to closing circle.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
Kimberley Utama, E-RYT 500
Kimberley has led thousands of hours on 200hr and 300hr yoga teacher trainings. Teacher development is where her heart and her clearest gifts live. Her background blends Vinyasa, Kriya, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and subtle energy work.
Kimberley holds a Diploma in Counselling and incorporates these skills mentoring YTT students and yoga teacher graduates.
The Regulated Teacher is the immersion she wished existed when she was building her own teaching: a training that bridges the practical craft of sequencing with the deeper work of nervous-system regulation, subtle body awareness, and embodied leadership.

Most students can enter Indonesia with a 30-day Visa on Arrival, which is available directly at the airport upon arrival in Bali. If your stay will be longer than 30 days, you may need to extend your visa or apply for a different visa type before traveling. Visa requirements can vary depending on your nationality, so we always recommend checking the latest Indonesian immigration guidelines before your trip.
-
Travel insurance is a personal choice, but we highly recommend it for peace of mind during your travels. A good policy can help cover unexpected situations such as medical expenses, travel delays, lost luggage, cancellations, or other emergencies while abroad.
-
Bali has many reliable medical clinics, pharmacies, and international hospitals, particularly in areas such as Ubud, Canggu, and Denpasar. Basic medications and healthcare services are generally easy to access if needed during your stay. We still recommend traveling with any personal medications you regularly use and ensuring you are comfortable with your travel health coverage before arriving.
-
Last but not least, please make sure to carefully check your passport expiration date before traveling to Bali and Indonesia. Indonesian immigration authorities are very strict about passport validity requirements, and your passport must generally be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Indonesia.
In addition, your passport should be in good condition, with no significant damage, missing pages, or tears, as this can sometimes lead to issues at immigration. Airlines may also deny boarding before departure if your passport does not meet the entry requirements.
We strongly recommend checking your passport well in advance of your trip to avoid any unexpected travel disruptions or denied entry upon arrival.
